Bravo Beach Resort - General Luna (Surigao del Norte)

The hotel's location is great, just near the beachfront and in between kitesurfing schools. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the best aspects was the breakfast, which was quite enjoyable with a variety of options.

The room temperature was very uncomfortable due to the lack of proper ventilation, making it even hotter than outside. the towels were worn out with many stains and holes, making them quite unhygienic.

We stayed in a property that was located in a picturesque area with beautiful views and great ambiance. the food at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were very hospitable. There were also a few facilities available within walking distance, which was convenient.

The condition of the room. the bathroom was not clean and seemed to have a mold problem, which made it uncomfortable to use.

During my Christmas holiday, I had a good experience staying at a beachfront resort. the staff was friendly and accommodating. They served great food at the restaurant and the room was spacious with both ceiling and standing fans. We enjoyed watching people kite surfing in the afternoon and the location was perfect, with nearby cafes, party places, and a jump-off point for tours. the resort was walking distance to Mama's Grill, which served amazing seafood dishes.

The hotel had a variety of vegetarian options and I loved that I could make my own smoothies. The staff was very cute and accommodating. The rooms were clean and cozy, with great ambiance in the restaurant. The beach was only a short walk away from the hotel.
